Ski and ride

Introduction

Ammarnäs, with the Vindel Mountains high mountain peaks and winter white landscape, is as made for horseback riding and skiing. Across the frozen water of the Vindel River and along the prepared tracks goes the riding tour on steady Icelandic horses. From the peak of the mountain Näsberget we start the downhill skiing of the diverse slopes. All together in a mixed winter bag together with your friends, family or conference group.

Programme

Friday

Arrival at Ammarnäs and Fjällhästen’s hostel.

Saturday

In the morning we ride out together with Fjällhästen and their Icelandic horses. We ride along tracks in the Ammarnäs area at different paces according to what the ground surface permits that day. Some riding experience is desirable and if you haven’t done any horseback riding before you must state that when booking. كيف يلعب البوكر Participating children should have reached the age of twelve years and have riding experience. After the riding you have lunch on your own. You can get lunch in the slalom slope, at the Ammarnäs Mountain Hotel and the Ammarnäs Inn. After lunch we head for the slalom slope.

Sunday

Skiing on the slope the whole day. The slalom slope is open 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Lunch on your own and you check out from the hostel when you choose to after the skiing.

Price

Adults pay x xxx SEK per person and youths up to 16 years of age x xxx SEK per person.

In the price a three hours Icelandic horse riding tour, ski pass and accommodation at the hostel are included. Breakfast, lunch and dinner you organize yourself at any of the three restaurants in the village or you buy food in the store that you prepare in the hostel’s well equipped kitchen.

For the guests who want to stay longer than what’s included in the package accommodation can be booked when you book the package Ski and ride.

For those who don’t have or don’t want to bring skiing equipment complete equipment for slalom and snowboarding are for rent at the ski resort.
